Goals 2020

February 1st !

How are all the January 1st resolutions going?

Are you on target?

Did you fall short on some of them?

It’s a good time to triage your goals and see which ones are fantasies and which ones are real goals to achieve this year?

Some questions to ask yourself….

Were the resolutions I made mine or based on some outside expectation?

Was i sticking to the habits i made for myself to achieve those goals

What worked?

What didn’t?

What can i do differently ?

If i achieved some thing.. was it too easy to master? And if so what’s the next level up from that?

If I didnt achieve something…. did I give myself enough time?

It’s time to regroup.. and rechart the course a get moving.

Dont toss out the entire year just because january may not have met its mark….

Nor relax because you did achieve something

Keep up with the momentum

Your best days are still ahead of you..
