Happy Diwali.

The Hindu Festival of Lights.

A potent festivity celebrated throughout the world by Hindus, Sikhs and Jains commemorating the triumph of light over dark. There are many religious mythologies associated with Diwali that is embedded in the culture and the generations of tradition spanning over several 1000 years.

Yet Diwali is the lighting of the lamps in the dark. Like all good festivities, this one includes family time, with lots of yummy food, sweet delights, and plenty of candles adorning the home or office space and fireworks and the wearing of new garments.

With each lamp, it is the igniting up of our spiritual enlightenment and bringing forth the power to dispel ignorance and transforming it into wisdom. It is the alchemy of arrogance, wickedness and darkness into knowledge, love and light.

This is the festival of lights and begins the hindu new year

A time when wisdom conquers ignorance

A time when love fills the heart with joy

A time when light illuminates the rest of the darkness of the calendar year

A time when the mind is enlightened by the soul

A time when the heart sees with gratitude

A time of Love

My one wish for diwali is that you discover your own light and shine it upon your own path of purpose

Thank you for all allowing me to help you on the way.

So from my divine heart space within me, I welcome the divine heart space of you with best wishes for you and your family, Happy Diwali.

……………….

I love you
