Met lots of people yesterday who wanted to learn about their health.

 

Self empowerment when it comes to health is key.

 

We walked and talked…

 

I love teaching all manners of health.. cardiovascular, general, metaphysical. Functional movement, nutrition, mindfulness and so much more

 

We chatted about so many topics as we seemed to settle on lots of nutrition and movement and lifestyle topics..

 

We paused mid walk to practice correct form for squatting.

 

Strength is a key player to predict longevity and the vitality it comes with.

 

Health and time are 2 investments we are invited to make in our lives..

 

Better health, more time… !

 

Till the next event we will meet again everyone will be practicing their squats to improve their health.
