Pondering about this cup of water last night…
Is water in the cup? Or is the cup in the water?
Where does one begin and one end?
Who is the cup? What is the water?
The body is the cup
The water is energy
The cup and the water are one
Me as the body and energy are one
I am energy, and energy is me.
I am a unique energy , resonating at a particular frequency in the form of a body
As the frequency shifts to match the universal energy all around, I vibrate at infinite velocity and become that which is around me
And so too the cup becomes the water vibrating at the frequency of water.
Humbling to observe that i am just a cup.
Grateful to become and flow like water
