Perfection

Perfection is sometimes hard to achieve.

We put a lot of stress on ourselves to chase this concept. We may break relationships, hurt others or even push ourselves to the brink of self destruction whether looking for perfection in our creations, our exercise, our careers, our very lives.

We keep adding and adding to our abilities and talents in this seemingly un ending search.

Yet do we remove and let go of things that do not serve us?

The bucket of perfection appears full, yet it is not the quantity but the quality that matters.

Perfection is achieved when there is nothing left to add, but also nothing left to take away. This is the true state of balance.

Adding and removing

Till this has been achieved, we are in an imbalanced state.

When we truly have this awareness, we also have the profound understanding that in fact we are perfect for WHO we are, and also AS we are in this moment of now.

It is time we give ourselves permission to see this state of perfection.
