Strong energies over the last few days culminate today. The Solar eclipse is here, bringing with it emotional and sleep disturbances that are meant to be a path turner for most of us.

Let us take a moment to understand the spiritual significance of the partial solar eclipse. Eclipses are a time for introspection. The old makes way for the new, by seeing old habit patterns, emotional baggages and behaviors. The eclipse heightens the intuition to enable us to sift through deeper truths. It is a time to assist us to align with cosmic order just as we see the sun, moon and earth do the same. It allows us an opportunity for deeper healing by setting new intentions, with this being a focal point of change and resolution.

It is wise to take stock of the last few years and see what has shifted for us in terms of our careers, relationships, and health. What has served us and what no longer serves. In between these 2 statements lies our evolution. Reflection and contemplation both aim to help us reach a temporary celestial graduation point to bring in bursts of energy to fan the winds of change and transformation, sending us into an optimistic direction.

Whatever the emotion, be it anger, frustration, or resentment, use those as guides to stir the intensities of our ego that bear sadness, control and guilt. Whether they be excitement or joy, these emotions are to be watched mindfully so as not to propel us int he directions of infatuation and fantasy.

To move through these cosmic energies with conscious intention is the key to harnessing the potentials of the celestial guidances. Bold actions are required to align us to our highest paths. Breathe, feel and explore. The magic is in the transformation, as we each continue on our own spiral of self evolution and spiritual enlightenment.
