Grateful for the opportunities to teach. Whether in person, online, with patients, clients, healthcare students, tv/radio or the community….. in any form.

Recently I started a lecture series for the general public of our city. I believe knowledge is power and the more people are educated into their health and how to manage it, the more empowered they become.

So the other night the topic was ” meditation and heart disease”

Had lots of fun explaining the concepts of what and why of meditation and it’s effects on heart disease and general health… then we all even practiced various techniques.

Looking forward to this series and expanding it out to other fields, not just cardiology.

Holistic cardiology was definitely the theme this seminar.

The mind effects the body, the heart, the nervous system, so let’s use it wisely each day with a little meditation.

Small habits become big habits…. that become successful goals and outcomes

Did you get your OM on today ? Your heart will thank you.

………..

I love you
