“ YET” and “ BUT” create a dual within our consciousness. I have pondered and contemplated about both these words with great depth. Here are my simple conclusions.

A powerful 3 letter word that we use in everyday colloquialisms but do we ever realize its potential?

“ I have no idea how to do that ….. yet”

“ I am not reached the answer…yet”

“ Not quite mastered that sport…. Yet”

These 3 letters open up the door to chance and with it an undefined and albeit an unlimited future of possibilities. It is used well in front of a surrender or rather an admonition of the reality of now, and paves the way to the next step. In fact it forges the mind and the heart to come together, in order to figure out the equation of magic and reality.

It is a wondrous word. Another 3 letter word is “But”.

“ I want to learn this technique..but.”

“ I wish I could exercise….but”

“ I tried doing the job…..but”.

Feel the frequency of this word “but”. Really feel it within. It exists at a lower tone, and while its counterpart “yet” opens up doors, this word closes them with extreme prejudice. As one word surrenders to a higher cause, the latter word surrenders to a defeatist or cautionary attitude. The words that follow “ but” are typically a litany of excuses. However the words that follow “ yet” are filled with hope and imagination.

Words have power. They have meaning yet the hold a certain potential and frequency that when uttered or thought have the ability to either manifest or deconstruct. Choose each word wisely, for they hold the key to shaping our reality.
