Totally blessed last week to be able to do something that I have been waiting to do for a while

When I joined the board of health for my city, one of my goals was to be able to do more educational programs on all medical topics to help Empower people.

I firmly believe that the more one knows about their health..mind, body, heart.. the more they are able to heal and take back control of their lives and health from big pharma and modern medicine

My plan was simple to bring a free educational series and seminars starting off with Cardiology topics and then eventually keep broadening it out to welcoming other areas of medicine including functional physical therapy to help teaching healthy movements, chiropractory, nutrition, dentistry, Women’s Health and a whole host of other topics to Encompass overall well-being

Finally got the plan started when I was able to present at the public library in the backdrop of a beautiful Victorian era exhibition to many of the local residents

The topic that I started off with was titled ” stress and heart health” I combined human behavior, heart physiology, psychology, metaphysics as we discussed pathology, symptomatology, and a variety of techniques to tackle stress including meditation, breath work, nutrition, exercise and many more.

Humbled and grateful for the opportunity of launching of this series and excited about upcoming future lectures

Knowledge is power… once applied….wisdom is divine
