We have all heard of the MAGA movement, to Make America Great Again. Many people are triggered by this phrase as many believe it is sinister yet many believe it is a call for improvement and change. Yet I pondered about these 4 letters and realized that is has another meaning and opportunity. Perhaps a play on the words yet the significance is on a broader scope.

 

Make our NUTRITION great again

 

Make our EXERCISE great again

 

Make our SMILES great again

 

Make our HEARTS bigger and great again

 

Make our INSPIRATION great again.

 

Make our GOALS great again.

 

Make our TALENTS great again

 

Make our FRIENDSHIPS great again.

 

Make our COMMUNITY great again.

 

Make our MIND and BODY great again

 

Make our MINDFULNESS great again

 

Make our RUN/WALKs great again

 

I realized that anything can be taken as a symbol and used for hate or for our betterment. These are just words and yet they are powerful enough for us to be able to spring back into action to help ourselves. This is not about using it as a political slogan but it can be modified to serve as a motivation for OURselves to up-level. It is wise to not just wait but begin immediately to work on self improvement, self realization, self actualization.

 

Our own perception of our reality is what will change our internal states for the better or worse, it is a choice. So instead of being triggered see what can we make “ great” within our mind, body, heart, health, wealth, family, community, world. It all starts with the ignition of our own fires within, from the heart space. This is a choice.

 

Make OURSELVES great again

 

It begins with “make YOUR SELF great again ”

 

Make ourselves LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY again.
