There are always 2 forces acting at any time.

 

An action and a reaction

 

A positive and a negative

 

A push and a pull

 

When we judge the same thing happens.. 2 polarities are created.. eg

 

Pride and shame

 

Infatuation and resentment

 

Happy and sad

 

War and peace

 

True balance is being able to see the 2 sides and not being sucked into either polarity.

 

The universe will maintain balance of these 2 polarities at all times in our lives and in every moment.
