Be gentle with yourself.

There is a time to push oneself and a time to pause and explore the time to heal and repair. From the time we are born we are in the vortex of life’s challenges and obstacles, sparkled by only brief moments of relaxation. The push and pull of day to day demands makes it hard to be able to reflect, but reflect we must.

Each day we are invited to explore being more gentle with ourselves. The strategy in surviving life appears to be simple but difficult to implement. Our cells exposed to the stimulus of life are allowed to grow with enough support yet need a cellular regeneration. Our minds are constantly in a tug of judgments and criticism, that afford us little time to enjoy the ebbs and flow of the heart space.

The heart is more than a doorway. It is a portal to another dimension as the energy of love flows through it. When we meet another being, it is an opportunity for a divine connection and to explore that love has no boundaries. The mind creates the separation of you and me yet the heart allows a 2 way conduit of this energy of love.

Love is not about you. What if love is you. What if love is the pervasive energy of an intuitive universe as a life force. It is the bloodline that connects all living beings across all timelines and all dimensions.

It is through this doorway that we offer love another and equally receive love from others. The unparalleled energy of the universe is channeled through each of our hearts and flows out to others.

“ My heart goes out to you” a common phrase that we may say, yet with all its meaning it is the flow of energy as we become that doorway. Our heart is literally the portal of universal connection unto all living beings and when we realize that we are that heart itself, the magic unfolds.

It is in this union we become the oneness with all, so be gently to yourself each day and explore the tenderness of your heart.

I love you
